"I came to AZOMS to have a tooth extraction and a dental implant. I was very nervous. I really wasn’t sure what I was in for until Dr. Coles explained everything from the beginning to the end of what was going to be happening. Dr. Coles has such a wonderful bedside/chairside manner that I felt that I was in very good hands. My dental implant feels so natural that, yes, I cannot even feel which side it is on. I would recommend my friends to see Dr. Coles because of the excellent care that I received."

"One of my teeth fell out — front — and I needed to have an implant. I went to see Dr. Coles. He was very personable, very nice. When I knew I had to have surgery, yes, I was nervous, but really, it was fine — no problems — and he reassured me that everything was okay. It was nice. I was very comfortable. Overall, I would not go any place else, and I have already recommended AZOMS to other people because I don't think you can get this kind of care. I really do trust Dr. Wood and Dr. Coles. I would not go to anybody else; they're both great."

"I'm one of those people that was not blessed to have the greatest teeth. I had to have implants on — one implant on upper jaw and two on my lower jaw. So working with Dr. Coles was great — he was very reassuring the whole time, cracking a few jokes here to lighten the tension. I think I was down for about an hour and a half, spent the rest of the day at home in bed, kind of just sleeping it off and was back at work the next day. It feels completely natural. It's nice to be able to chew properly again. I wasn't able to do that for a while. I would highly recommend Arizona Oral Surgeons because Dr. Coles was fantastic to work with, but not just him, all the people that were here. If you have to have implants done, or oral surgery done, I would recommend Arizona Oral Surgeons."

"If I had a choice of going through delivery again of a child, I'd rather do that than go to the dentist and have a tooth pulled or have an implant. I was scared. I probably drove Dr. Coles crazy. I had seen him twice, and he went step by step exactly what he was going to do, and I finally felt comfortable, and the biggest thing was trust. It went really, really well, and I've had another one, and I'm probably going to have to have more in the future. And I wouldn't hesitate. Everything that Dr. Coles does — because I was scared when I had to come back — step by step, "This is what I'm going to do; this is how it's going to feel," and I couldn't have asked for anything more. He just puts you really, really at ease. Some of my friends, after I had the implant, I told them all about it, and I told them there's nothing to fear, and if they need an implant, I would go ahead and definitely come to Arizona Oral Surgery."

"I had fractured my tooth, and it had required an implant and bone graft. The staff here is very friendly. When you come in, they greet you at the door. Dr. Coles is very friendly, and he's reassuring. He went through every step of the process with me and informed me of what would go on in the recovery time. My surgery went very smooth. I came in, I went back, and I don't remember the rest. There was very little recovery time. It was a great experience. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and he was a great doctor. As a dental professional, I would highly recommend Dr. Coles."
