"I was referred by my primary dentist when I had an old bridge break at the gum line, and so knew it had to be extracted and an implant done. Very warm welcoming; greeted very professionally. "If I had a choice of going through delivery again of a child, I'd rather do that than go to the dentist and have a tooth pulled or have an implant. I was scared. I probably drove Dr. Coles crazy. I had seen him twice, and he went step by step exactly what he was going to do, and I finally felt comfortable, and the biggest thing was trust. It went really, really well, and I've had another one, and I'm probably going to have to have more in the future. And I wouldn't hesitate. Everything that Dr. Coles does — because I was scared when I had to come back — step by step, "This is what I'm going to do; this is how it's going to feel," and I couldn't have asked for anything more. He just puts you really, really at ease. Some of my friends, after I had the implant, I told them all about it, and I told them there's nothing to fear, and if they need an implant, I would go ahead and definitely come to Arizona Oral Surgery."

"Well, my sister got her wisdom teeth out — extracted — first, and so when my sister's wisdom teeth extraction was so good (she had a great experience) that we just had to come back for my wisdom teeth extraction as well. I wasn't really nervous because I saw how great the recovery that my sister had was. The doctor was talking to me — I had met Dr. Wood before so I knew who he was — so that made it a lot calmer to me. The procedure itself — it went really smoothly, and I just remember waking up and just knowing they were taking care of me. My recovery went really well. I just made sure to lay low and for about three or four days, I was eating really soft foods. Within a week or two later, I was eating regular foods. Dr. Wood was really nice. He's really funny too, and he just knows how to calm you down. He's really friendly. The staff was really welcoming to me as I came in. They always make sure that you're comfortable in your situations. One of my favorite things that they did was Dr. Wood called the night after to see how they were doing and to check up on them, on the recovery. And so it's really just a welcoming place to come, and I think that the recovery went really well."
