"I was referred by my primary dentist when I had an old bridge break at the gum line, and so knew it had to be extracted and an implant done. Very warm welcoming; greeted very professionally. "If I had a choice of going through delivery again of a child, I'd rather do that than go to the dentist and have a tooth pulled or have an implant. I was scared. I probably drove Dr. Coles crazy. I had seen him twice, and he went step by step exactly what he was going to do, and I finally felt comfortable, and the biggest thing was trust. It went really, really well, and I've had another one, and I'm probably going to have to have more in the future. And I wouldn't hesitate. Everything that Dr. Coles does — because I was scared when I had to come back — step by step, "This is what I'm going to do; this is how it's going to feel," and I couldn't have asked for anything more. He just puts you really, really at ease. "I had fractured my tooth, and it had required an implant and bone graft. The staff here is very friendly. When you come in, they greet you at the door. Dr. Coles is very friendly, and he's reassuring. He went through every step of the process with me and informed me of what would go on in the recovery time. My surgery went very smooth. I came in, I went back, and I don't remember the rest. There was very little recovery time. It was a great experience. Everyone on the staff was very friendly, and he was a great doctor.
