
Dr. Brandon Mihalich grew up in Bethalto, Illinois, a small town in southern Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from McKendree University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The Ohio State University, where he graduated first in his class with summa cum laude honors and was inducted into both Phi Kappa Phi and Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Societies. It was during dental school that he was first exposed to the variety of procedures performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons, which sparked his interest in the specialty.
Dr. Mihalich completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at LSU Health Shreveport, during which he also earned his Doctor of Medicine degree. His education included extensive training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as general surgery and anesthesiology, providing a strong foundation for managing complex surgical cases.
Throughout his education and training, Dr. Mihalich received numerous awards and honors recognizing his academic excellence and clinical performance. He also maintains advanced certifications in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a relaxed and comfortable environment, with an emphasis on safety, comfort, and individualized treatment.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Mihalich enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, as well as watching Buckeyes football, tackling home improvement projects, and modifying and detailing cars.
