Dr. Coles was very calm, collected, explained everything, put everyone at ease. The staff is phenomenal — they are great. They always greet you by name; they greet you with a smile. They make sure that scheduling is per your schedule — they'll make adjustments. They're very pleasant on the phone. I get reminders. They're excellent to work with. I've told numerous people, "Don't go anywhere else. Come and see Dr. Coles.""

"I came to Arizona Oral Surgeons to get dental implants and a bone graft done. My experience here was fantastic. It was very pain-free, and the people treated me very well. "I had a tooth extracted, and I came here to Dr. Wood to have an implant. He explained all the procedures that are going to be done. They treat you with courtesy, they take care of you, and they want you to be happy. The surgery was a success. It was easy to go through the situation. This is probably one of the best experiences I've had, and I would tell you the staff and everybody here is very helpful. I recommend Dr. Wood because he does a good job."

"One of my teeth fell out — front — and I needed to have an implant. I went to see Dr. Coles. He was very personable, very nice. When I knew I had to have surgery, yes, I was nervous, but really, it was fine — no problems — and he reassured me that everything was okay. It was nice. I was very comfortable. Overall, I would not go any place else, and I have already recommended AZOMS to other people because I don't think you can get this kind of care. I really do trust Dr. Wood and Dr. Coles. I would not go to anybody else; they're both great."

"Well, my sister got her wisdom teeth out — extracted — first, and so when my sister's wisdom teeth extraction was so good (she had a great experience) that we just had to come back for my wisdom teeth extraction as well. I wasn't really nervous because I saw how great the recovery that my sister had was. The doctor was talking to me — I had met Dr. Wood before so I knew who he was — so that made it a lot calmer to me. The procedure itself — it went really smoothly, and I just remember waking up and just knowing they were taking care of me. My recovery went really well. I just made sure to lay low and for about three or four days, I was eating really soft foods. Within a week or two later, I was eating regular foods. Dr. Wood was really nice. He's really funny too, and he just knows how to calm you down. He's really friendly. The staff was really welcoming to me as I came in. They always make sure that you're comfortable in your situations. One of my favorite things that they did was Dr. Wood called the night after to see how they were doing and to check up on them, on the recovery. And so it's really just a welcoming place to come, and I think that the recovery went really well."
