"I came to AZOMS to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Everyone was very welcoming and very friendly, and the building was very, very, very neat. Before my appointment, I had met with Dr. Coles so we could discuss my wisdom teeth. Meeting him, he’s a very generous, nice man. He helped me through the whole procedure. "Basically what was going on in my mouth was, every time I would eat, it would really hurt. So I came here to see Dr. Coles, and I needed to get my wisdom teeth pulled out. Dr. Coles is very nice. He tells you what's going on. He tells you what's going to go on during the surgery, how you're going to feel, what's going on. The surgery ended up finishing really quick. I had no pain whatsoever. I was really amazed about how he did. The staff here at AZOMS were very nice, very welcoming, and comforting. I am very happy that I got my wisdom teeth pulled out here at AZOMS. Now, I don't have pain when I open up my mouth, when I chew, when I eat. My life is a lot better after surgery. I highly recommend AZOMS, and Dr. Coles is really awesome."

"I came to Arizona Oral Surgeons to get my wisdom teeth pulled. It was time for them to be taken out because they were growing in, so they needed to get rid of them so they won't bug me later on. I was very nervous indeed. I've never been knocked out/put under anesthetic/put to sleep before, so I was very concerned about how it was going to be and what was going to happen afterwards because everyone reacts differently. It went really well! I was actually really happy that it went well instead of chaos, and they were being so nice, and they didn't act like it was their job. They treated me like a friend, not just a patient. My recovery was actually really good. I was fine, I was awake, I wasn't groggy or anything. Dr. Coles was a really, really nice guy. I had fun. "

"I was referred by my dentist, so I just decided to try it. I had had kind of a traumatic extraction. I was really fearful, and I really wanted to get it done, and I wanted somebody to help me. I can truly say I did not feel a moment of anxiety or pain. I couldn't believe how easy it was, and I didn't ever think I'd ever say the word "easy" associated with a dental procedure. They called me and asked me how I was doing, and I didn't think doctors still did that. I really felt like Dr. Wood and his staff gave me a standard of what to expect from medical care, and I will forever compare everything else to how I was treated in his practice. I think he set a very high level of compassion, and that's what I want in medical care. I want not only the expertise but the compassion."

"I had a problem with a wisdom tooth that I needed pulled, and it was a molar next to it that it was having problems with. So, I came to Dr. Wood just to check it out. First of all, I needed that wisdom tooth pulled out, so he pulled that out, and then we talked a little bit about the other tooth, and he said, "Well, let me take a look at it." So he took some extra film, and he goes, "No problem with that. We'll go ahead and reconstruct it." So he did that for me as well, which I was very grateful because I didn't want to lose that molar. Dr. Wood and his staff are very, very nice. They calm you down; they talk to you, they walk you through the procedure, and very gentle. And "Let me know if there's any pain; we'll go ahead and fix it." I would recommend Dr. Wood to anyone. Yeah, good people. All his staff especially. They do good work here."
